This location was once the site of the A.W. Golden Cadillac dealership building and was classified as a brownfields site due to numerous underground storage tanks. SDG took on the task of fully remediating the site, transforming it into a high-quality neighborhood shopping center. The center has since generated over 120 jobs and introduced a new grocery store, addressing the need in a federally designated food desert.
