Project Overviewx

Originally built in 1964 as the regional headquarters for Peoples Bank, it was in desperate need of an overhaul by 2007. Shuman Development Group purchased the bank building and renovated it to be one of the finest office buildings in the region.

From 2007 to 2009, this building was stripped down to its steel and concrete frame and then completely rebuilt with all new mechanicals, new black glass exterior, and restored the underground parking garage to complement its rare downtown surface parking lot.
