Reading Outlet Center Shuman Development Group invested over $15 million in the former Reading Outlet Center beginning in 2005. Ten buildings totaling 640,000 square feet were purchased covering most of six city blocks. Over 400,000 square feet was redeveloped into retail space and the balance was stabilized and turned over to a residential developer who is creating upscale apartments at an additional investment of $9.4 million. |
