M&T Bank Regional Headquarters Purchased in 2007, Shuman Development Group initiated an intensive eighteen month renovation project to turn this dated 58,000 square foot office building into the premier office building in downtown Reading. The entire shell of the building was stripped away and a new black glass and bright aluminum curtain wall was installed. The interior was completely gutted and renovated with all new mechanicals and finishes. The new interior boasts tenant controlled HVAC system, all new fire systems, and a first class cafe on the first floor. |
