Exide Battery Headquarters Building Shuman Development Group acquired this 136,000 square foot former corporate headquarters building in 2001 and embarked on an ambitious renovation to turn it into a first class multi-tenant office building. Over the next four years, while Exide vacated space, building floors were updated and divided into prime multi-tenant spaces ranging from 2,000 to 24,000 square feet. By 2005 the building was 90% leased with professional tenants including Quiznos Sandwiches, Curves, Berks County Community Television, and many more. |
